Gorman Autumn 2015: Moth & Moon
Last night I was lucky enough to attend the showing of Gorman's Autumn collection, Moth & Moon, at the stunningly beautiful Conservatory in the Fitzroy Gardens and it was gob-smackingly good.We arrived to a delightful garden soiree around one of the beautiful water fountains just outside the Conservatory, where we enjoyed a glass of Paul Louis before heading inside to take our seat in amongst the most amazing garden of vibrant flowers and greenery, which perfectly set the tone for the Autumn show.Styled by the incredible Emily Ward and with plenty of Lisa Gorman trademark prints and silhouettes, the collection also featured a bevvy of shimmery golden accents, with pleat skirts, dresses and lurex right through to an incredible full golden jumpsuit, which model Shanali Martin closed the show in. Highlight for me, aside from the amazing location, was the Pleated Pyramid Dress, which I'm already eyeing for Spring Racing and speaking of the races, the simple golden band worn in the model's hair, was perfection, and will definitely work for me come November.
All up, we had an amazing night at a picture perfect location viewing beautiful clothes. What more could you ask for! Thanks Gorman xx
