Maticevski Resort 2017

Toni Maticevski opened up the 21st Australian Fashion Week with all the effervescence you would expect of one of Australia's leading designers.Styled by Jolyon Mason, the collection showcased a range of emotions and had an overtly sensual tone with Ryan Storer jewels used to perfectly offset each look in the way of handcuffs, mouthpieces & dramatic neckpieces. Dreamy gowns, elaborate draping and textured fabrics were in abundance and Maticevski's trademark gown has made some serious progress. Overall, this was a moodier collection that still retained the traditional beauty known of Toni's previous collections.

I want to congratulate Toni Maticevski once again, for yet another stellar show. To see his craftsmanship in the flesh in such a setting, is to truly see the work of a modern artist. He forever keeps me speechless. Stylesnooperdan Maticevski
