Target Runway 2015

This might be a big call, but probably the funnest show of the VAMFF week was the Target Runway show yesterday afternoon at Central Pier. It no other show all week were the crowd applauding each look and while Target isn't about high end designer fashion, they most certainly know their customer and know how to engage them in a really fashionable way. Stellar jackets and trenches were standouts for me, with a grey wrap coat and sleeveless black vest being my two fav pieces from the show.A completely accessible show with real people, standard models took to the runway along with plus size models, mature (male & female) models and even kids, some of which were surely making their runway debut. It was en point & a breath of fresh air to many front rowers who had sat through a weeks worth of solemn serious showcases. The atmosphere was seriously peaking and set off even more so by performances from Jess Mauboy to close the show. Hands down the most fun I've had a show all week!
