So if you're one of those people who don't 'do' social media, then you may not know that the Victoria's Secret show happened in New York today. The annual show has become a social extravaganza, sending media publications into an over-posting frenzy. The days leading up to the show have seen the models dissected to within an inch of their lives - closely monitored about what they eat, where they go, who they see and how they workout or as many people put it 'get in shape for the show', yeah, because they really let themselves go at all other times of the year.
